Due to the nature of downloadable products, return are not possible, unless you contact us with proof that the item received does not match its description.
In such case, we will correct the issue by sending the corresponding item, or issuing a refund in case that is not possible.
Refunds

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or do not match their description.
